Background & Education
Gavin’s journey began in 2003 at Middlesex University where he earned a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science with Nutrition. What started as a personal passion quickly evolved into a deeper pursuit to master the science of strength, conditioning, and physical transformation.
Mentored by Dr. Paul Comfort—one of the most respected figures in strength and performance—Gavin developed a rigorous foundation in biomechanics, nutrition, and high-performance coaching. This academic groundwork remains central to his coaching approach today, constantly refined through continued education and real-world application.
Experience
Following graduation in 2006, Gavin immersed himself in the fitness industry, working across multiple gym settings to build hands-on experience. In 2008, he transitioned to private personal training, establishing a dedicated client base and delivering tailored one-to-one coaching.
Over the years, Gavin has worked with a diverse range of clients, athletes to executives - each with individual goals but a shared commitment to growth. While client confidentiality remains paramount, his results speak through consistency, transformation, and long-term progress.
